From Parent Plant to Rooted Clone
Cloning begins with selected parent material. Cuttings are prepared and placed under controlled propagation conditions while rooting, moisture, temperature, humidity, lighting, sanitation, and plant development are monitored. Once adequately rooted and established, plants can be prepared for acclimation and transfer according to the applicable order and handling requirements.
Mother-Plant Selection
The condition of the parent plant is an important part of propagation. Mother plants should be evaluated for plant health, stability, development, and suitability for the intended propagation program before cuttings are collected. The selection process should be documented according to the operation's applicable procedures and requirements.

Modern Way Gardens does not guarantee cannabinoid potency, yield, harvest results, final crop characteristics, or regulatory outcomes.

Root development and plant condition are reviewed before rooted material is released for pickup or delivery:

- • Plant Condition: Review of visible health, structure, moisture, and general readiness.
- • Pest & Disease Monitoring: Routine observation for visible signs before release.
- • Environmental Condition: Review of propagation conditions and acclimation status.
Acclimation & Handling
Rooted clones may require acclimation before being introduced into a different growing environment. Handling requirements can vary based on plant stage, packaging, destination, transportation conditions, and receiving environment. Customers should follow the receiving and acclimation instructions provided with the order where applicable.
Transit & Condition Reporting
If plants arrive with apparent transit damage, shipping-related condition issues, or other concerns, notify Modern Way Gardens within the applicable reporting period stated with the order. Include order information, date received, photographs, and a description.
Pickup, Delivery & Inspection
Pickup: Eligible customers may collect confirmed, scheduled orders.
Delivery: Available depending on destination, regulations, and order size.
Inspect Shipment Upon Arrival for: Packaging condition, plant condition, moisture status, root health, visible pests, and transit damage. Document any concern promptly with photos.
